ISSUANCE OF MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FOR ENROLLMENT

Please be informed that the PGH Health Service will not provide hard copies of medical certificates or fit-to-enroll permits for the upcoming enrollment period for A.Y 2024-2025. Instead, the names of students who have been cleared for enrollment will be directly submitted to their respective colleges. 

This new process aims to streamline the enrollment procedure and ensure a more efficient system. Please complete all necessary health requirements to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.
